Oana brings a unique mix of rigor and empathy to the Analysis department. Specialized in organizational psychology, with a background in medical statistics and operational management, she knows how to find balance even on the busiest days.

Her journey in media began in the Mediafax and Burda România groups. In the analysis department, Oana keeps the “internal kitchen” under control, managing a huge volume of data and ensuring that every report provides our clients with a clear and strategic view of the market – because, indeed, “knowledge is power.”

Bacon’s saying also applies to her personal life, which explains her mix of passions: literature – especially fantasy – films (particularly those with Jason Statham), culinary arts, and the fascinating world of perfumery.
